Huck's Army Vows Surge For Huckabee

14,000 online volunteers move into action for Florida, Super Tuesday

HOUSTON — Leaders for the largest online grassroots movement to elect Gov. Mike Huckabee have pledged to launch an online surge to win the critical electoral battles in Florida and on Super Tuesday.

“We are going to launch an all out assault over the next few weeks to mobilize voters in Florida and the Super Tuesday states to win Huckabee critical delegates,” said Brett Harris, co-founder of

Huckabee currently is second in the delegate race, with 40 pledged for his campaign. Gov. Mitt Romney has 59 delegates, and Sen. John McCain has 36.

The surge will incorporate the traditional grassroots efforts that helped propel Huckabee to his first place finish in Iowa and his close second in South Carolina. In addition, the surge front these addition initiatives:
