Here is the other speech you probably did not see from the RNC Convention. It is given by Dr. Bill Frist, the former Senate Majority leader from Tennessee. He spends a lot of his time on mission trips for the One Campaign. In fact one of his last trips was to Rwanda and he was accompanied by Cindy McCain and Mike Huckabee.
In this speech, Frist explains why medical diplomacy is so very important as a weapon of peace that is needed to win the War on Terrorism.

Bill Frist is a good man who got blamed for a lot of things that he had nothing to do with. I watched his speech and found it to be excellent. He has been doing this kind of work for many years. Thanks for posting his speech.
